“Again, our bathroom was filthy had to clean tub ourselves. We could not receive additional wash cloths as there was none. The washcloths we received were filthy dirty and actually had handprints on them. The staff was incredible. They provided great customer service and upon hearing about the state of our room, my stay was already comped. For this reason, I would definitely give them another chance.”

“Great experience overall. The condo is connected to a restaurant/bar so there were times where we could hear noises coming from what we assumed was the kitchen. It was not a ‘keep you up all night’ type of situation but just be aware for people who are sensitive to noise. ”

There are a lot of amenities for families with babies and small children, which we didn’t utilize, but that I thought were such a nice touch! Communication with the host was easy and pleasant, and they were very quick to respond when we had a question. We would love to stay here again. ”
