“Comfortable stay , not sure it was worth 160 a night . But the staff was friendly and clean . Something’s could use some updating . Carpet and faucets in the tub for that money . Over all good stay . Breakfast was a plus”

“A tiny cottage… yes it was, but very nicely maintained, clean, comfortable and oh so Peaceful! So beautifully quiet at night. A bon fire each night when I was there. Welcoming for my dogs. The owner was so friendly… very nice …personable to speak with. I did enjoy my stay. Very relaxing. Minutes to downtown Cape Charles.”

“Even though we only stayed one night, we felt it was memorable. The room was spacious and clean. The room was quiet and we never heard another guest. Breakfast was very good and a lot of food. The steep stairs down to the beach were worth it because the shells were plentiful. The porch out back was a great place to have morning coffee and watch the boats. The only requests I would make would be to put a magnifying mirror in the bathroom to make applying makeup easier and mount a full……

“Overall, the rental was just okay. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, and if there hadn’t been clean towels folded on the bed, I wouldn’t have believed it had been cleaned. There was also an opened bag of candy left on the kitchen counter when we arrived, which made the cleaning feel even less thorough.There was a strong mildew smell throughout the property, and the bathroom constantly smelled like a sewer, likely from the drains or……

“This is a wonderful house conveniently located to the shops and restaurants in Cape Charles. The house was very clean, the beds extremely comfortable with quality bedding, the kitchen well stocked. Loved the layout of the house. Lots of places to sit inside and out. Hosts were in communication and provided all the information we needed. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The location was perfect, we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. When we reached out for help with the check in they were very helpful and accommodating. The space was nice and the bed slept great. We did see some dust/cobwebs and the rain shower head could use a good cleaning. However, We would definitely stay here again. ”
